General Manager
Having been involved in the residential building industry for more than 12 years, Debbie comes from a background in banking, finance and a family building business.
With a passion for the building industry and in particular new home sales and business management, Debbie is proud of what the Otago franchise has achieved, and is excited about the future for Milestone Homes in the Otago region.
Debbie enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive franchise network and working with a talented local team who are committed to making building a new home the best possible experience for every client.
Jimmy Gilbert
Project Manager
Jimmy started out working for a well-respected local builder in a part-time capacity. At this early stage, he had no idea what he was in for or what opportunities the building industry had to offer. It didn’t take long before he developed a passion for the industry and made plans to cement his career as a builder.
After completing a pre-trade course in Otago, he quickly secured his first job as a local group home contractor. He continued to drive himself with new challenges as he progressed into different building teams and roles including Foreman of a new home renovation and alternations business.
Through his experience, he was able to see which direction he wanted to head in, that being a team leader. So, when an opening arose at Milestone Homes in 2018, he was very excited to be able to put his skill set forward, and take on the role of Project Manager.
He is tremendously proud of the workmanship, attention to detail, reputation and loyal team at Milestone Homes Otago and invites you to visit our showhome to experience it for yourself.
