Nelson Bays

Having been with Milestone Homes since its inception in Nelson Adam is proud to have been a part of helping Milestone Homes grow to become one of Nelson’s preferred builders. From beginning his career as the sole New Home Consultant in 2007, the role and the business have certainly changed over the years! He finds it very humbling to see what the business has achieved in a relatively short period of time and is thankful to the team for helping to make this happen.

Adam has a real passion for not only the building industry but also providing truly smart home options and helping to grow our amazing region. Adam sits on the executive committee of the Nelson branch of the Registered Master Builders as well as the Management Team for Milestone Homes which give him a great opportunity to try and give something back as well as champion the construction industry as a whole.

Ben is a Project Manager tasked with ensuring that everything runs smoothly with the construction of our clients’ new homes!  Growing up in Golden Bay on his parent's dairy farm, he always thought he was destined to be a farmer until he discovered trade building at school and then he knew that wasn’t going to be the case.

After completing his apprenticeship in 2017 he spent time building in both Golden Bay, and more recently Nelson on a variety of projects from renovations to architectural new builds. Ben’s passion to push himself and continually learn more about the industry he loves led him to look into project management when the opportunity arose to join the Milestone team.  He loves the team environment in the office as well as on-site and gets a real kick out of seeing the joy it brings clients when we hand over the keys to their new home.

Tom is a Project Manager and loves the challenge of pulling all of the pieces of the puzzle together to produce great homes for our clients.  With over a decade of experience on the tools, moving into Project Management was the next step for Tom in his career and the Nelson team is lucky to have him. 

With a wealth of experience in high-end renovations and new builds there aren’t many things that he hasn’t seen and between him and Ben a solution to any problem isn’t hard to find! 

Tom loves a challenge and working with the builders and trades on site to bring everything together is the most satisfying part of the role.  In his time outside of the office you’ll find Tom on the squash court or golf course having left his rugby days behind him!

Antoinette forms part of the Construction Team working closely with Ben and Tom to ensure our clients are kept up to date with progress on site as well as answering their questions throughout the build.

One of the most satisfying parts of Antoinette’s role is getting to work with clients from their first construction meeting through to the handover of their new home, building some great friendships along the way.

As well as working closely with clients to ensure an enjoyable build process, Antoinette also maintains great relationships with our subcontractors, with the attitude “it’s a matter of us all working together to solve issues and provide solutions, as well as having some fun along the way.”

With a background in financial services as well as building compliance Antoinette has the perfect balance of construction knowledge and personality to guide our clients into their new homes.

Born and raised in Richmond Jordan loves being a part of the growth of the region and is enjoying his new career in the construction industry.  Jordan joined the team in 2020 and has shown his natural ability to get on with and relate to people from all walks of life.  After a career in the golfing industry which encompassed all aspects of the sport from coaching to sales as well as several years travelling overseas, it was time to come home.

One of his favourite aspects of the role is helping people achieve their goals and knowing they trust him to take them through the building process.  Having built a couple of properties as well as seeing his family do the same, he knows the challenges that people face and can relate to what concerns them, all whilst being able to help put their minds at ease.  With a strong interest in property, investment, and finance Jordan knows that different people are looking to achieve different things so he is well versed in making sure people can achieve the outcomes that they want from their own building journey.

When he’s not at work you’ll probably find him at the golf course!

Sarah looks after the day to day general administration duties of Milestone Homes Nelson Bays. She grew up in Nelson and had the great fortune of watching it grow into the beautiful city that it is now.

She has worked in a variety of administration roles and upon joining Milestone Homes has loved the opportunity that it has provided to give support to the team and its success. She is excited to be part of a great team and be involved in helping clients create their dream homes.

Hailing from Sunny Motueka, Holly is the newest member of the sales team.  Holly is bubbly, energetic and armed with a knack for talking, listening and all things communication.

With her previous history in the banking industry (specifically lending) she is equipped with a wealth of knowledge and is ready to tackle a new career in the construction industry.  Holly also completed an Interior Design Diploma in 2017 and has a strong interest in how a client not only wants their home to look, but also how it should feel. Her vibrant personality, drive to create great customer outcomes and glass ½ full attitude means she is always ready to solve problems, put your mind at ease and get the job done!

When she’s not at work you’ll find her, her husband and their 2 young children exploring our beautiful region or cracking into their next property related project.
