Thank you so much to Hamish and Dan for making this all happen so quickly and smoothly! As you know this is our third build, but by far the fastest, best communication, and quality throughout - we truly appreciate it. We can't wait for our family to settle in and enjoy it

We really appreciated you finding the only one and a half oven in New Zealand, going out of your way to collect it and deliver it to the house. You gave clear explanations of the process, and were very helpful when it came to choosing materials etc.
You were very accommodating when we requested our son, Ben, do the joinery and worked in with Chris the joinery consultant for the kitchen plans to work.
The task list phone app was great as we could see what was happening and when, it was regularly updated and very accurate.
Kirk Nicholas was an amazing builder, thorough and particular with a great team of workers. Dan's relationship with him was outstanding and between them they made sure everything ran smoothly and was completed to a high standard.
We would not hesitate to recommend yourselves and Milestone to anyone that is considering building.

Hamish helped make the whole process as smooth and hassle free as possible, which was perfect for us being our first time building as opposed to buying. "Planning a new build is not a straight forward process, and this was no different for our fourth build. From our first consultation with Hamish to the final handover, we were impressed with the professionalism of the Milestone Homes team. Hamish was very patient with us during the design process, adapting one of their standard designs to meet our needs and exacting requirements.

Dan was brought on as the Project Manager at the start of our build and it was great to watch him grow into this role as our build progressed. By the completion of our build his confidence and communication were a credit to the company.

We really appreciated Milestone Homes allowing us access to the site during the build, so we got to work on our landscaping which was practically completed by handover. Being on site also allowed us the opportunity to meet and build a rapport with our builders and tradies. It was great to see a young and talented group of guys (and girls) turn our dreams into fruition.

This is supposed to be our final forever home, (just like the last two), and although we don't plan on building again, if we were to, Milestone Homes will be at the top of our list."
