Steve and Belinda Pearce are the husband and wife team for Milestone Homes Mid Canterbury.

Steve is born and bred and Belinda has been local since her family moved here in 1988! They have been in the building game for the past 13 years and recently joined the Milestone Homes family. They have four children with one son working in the business. Steve and Belinda are very community minded and look for different ways to support the local area and they prefer to use local trades and suppliers wherever possible. Steve and Belinda love Ashburton and the surrounding area. Anyone new to the region will too.
