How long will it take to build my home?

The time it takes to build a new home can vary based on many factors, such as location, the size and complexity of the home, customisation preferences, weather conditions, consent delays, and other factors. Generally, you can expect the process to take about 9 to 12 months, give or take, from the initial consultation to the final handover. During the initial consultation stages, you will be provided with a more accurate build timeframe that is specific to you and your home.

Can I customise my home plan?

Yes, Milestone Homes offers a range of customisation options. Many of our home plans have multiple styles to choose from, which vary in roof styles, cladding options, and colours.
